My sequence is missing sections

It is missing steps that I have set up as rules and it is not even letting me submit. Going through the copywriting - blog pathway. 

Sorry, your customer service system is so bad I can't upload video screencasts to show you, so you'll have to look yourself.

I am not sure if I understand your query correctly. 

I see that there are some conditions set on the form to skip the fields based on the selection. However, it seems one of the condition is missing a field set in the rule. Please check the condition and correct it.
