Account Profile: Unable to change the email address

    Hello,

    By mistake, I typed the email address in a wrong way (terapeuti.prin.arta@gmai.com).


    My correct email address is terapeuti.prin.arta@gmail.com (gmail was written incorrectly before). I tried to change it in the profile, but even though I get a notification that the "change was saved", the saved email changes to the wrong one again. So I can't verify my account (the email address is not correct) and I don't get email notifications on form submission.

    PLEASE, reply to the correct e-mail address: terapeuti.prin.arta@gmail.com .

    I was able to replicate this problem, I wasn't able to change the email address for you as well. 

    So I will forward this to our backend team for some additional checks.

    Hello Anne,

    Sorry for the inconvenience caused. I checked your issue and found that you have already created a new user with email '
    terapeuti.prin.arta@gmail.com'. So it is not possible to change your email address of the account 'terapeuti'. If you want us to move forms from account 'terepeuti' to 'terapeuti_prin_arta', please follow this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/342-How-to-transfer-or-share-forms-and-data-with-another-account
