Is it possible to add many Esignutures to a single form

i am a manager in construction and use Trello for managing my project. On ocassaion my supervisors need to give tool box talks. Is is possible to convert a tool box talk (a script read out by the supervisor to a number of opritives about a particular safety issue) from PDF to a jot form. Then link this form to a Trello card. The supervisor can then open the card and ask multiple people to sign it On the supervisors device?

I am not exactly sure if I understood your question. What is a tool box talk? A PDF document? Only a Fillable PDF form can be imported to JotForm.
