How do I attach or link a pdf file to be signed using DocuSign or Adobe Sign?

    Hello, Support.  I have tried a handful of times to either upload a pdf file or sync a pdf file via the DocuSign widget in order to simulate signing the document.  Once I have the form complete and tested I will be sending this to some of my customers.  Can you please assist me in understanding how I should be referencing the pdf document to be signed?

    Please note that when you add "Adobe Sign" widget in form, all the question you have added in form along with the answer will be displayed in Adobe document when user needs to sign. Please check the screenshot below:


    I would suggest you to please add a "Text" field in form and add all the content you want to display in form, it will be displayed in the document where user will sign with Adobe id.
