Users receive message "Please wait" upon submission of form and form is not submitted

    Can you confirm that submissions are being received as expected? Have there been any changes recently that would have caused this?

    Generally, 'Please Wait' appears when the form is submitted while it is embedded on a web page and having any conflicts with other scripts. If the form is stuck the submission may not be received. As I tried sending a test submission to the form, I was able to send it without any issue and it displayed Thank you page.
