How to create a popup in my form?

Hi there, I want to create a button on the form which says something along the lines of 'click here to see information about your meal.' 

When you press the button a popup appears showing an image with some text underneath. Is this possible? I don't want to have to redirect the user away from the form interface to a third party website.
