I have checked your form and it seems you're running the PayPal checkout Integration on Sandbox mode.
Kindly disable Sandbox mode by going to your PayPal Checkout Integration>Additional Gateway Settings>Environment>Live
Please give it a try and let us know if the issue still remains.

I am sorry for the trouble caused to you. Here are the steps I would suggest to you:
#1. Mark payment tool a required field.
When the user submits the form directly, they will not be able to submit the form until the PayPal checkout process is complete. When the PayPal checkout is complete, only then users will be able to submit the form.

I think we might have resolved it, we have managed to place an order and payment, it appears to be have been sent to the company correctly in order to arrange delivery.

We have upgraded to new version of PayPal Checkout today. While I am checking the support forum, I saw your post.
I don't know what were the problem but according to your said, I guess the problem has resolved during the upgrading.Let us know if you will encounter a problem.
