How can we pay using wire / bank transfer instead of credit card?

We would like to pay monthly or annually using invoice and bank transfer / wire transfer. How do we set up billing by invoice and transfer?

Do note that the wire/bank transfer is only available for yearly/bi-yearly subscriptions.
