Problem embedding form in Facebook

    When I press the "Add Jotform tab", it tells me I don't have permission, it is my company FB, so how do I grant permission to accept jotform tab?

    Facebook now requires at least 2,000 followers to be able to add page tabs.  This is a limitation imposed by Facebook:

    If your page does not have at least 2,000 followers, our alternate method should still be functional:

    Thanks, but I do not see a form designer icon anywhere on my screen.
