On the settings of my form, I deleted my accidental the confirmation email. I only have the notification email and the Autoresponder email. It is possible to add agin the confirmation email, or I need to create another form?
Please advise.

No need to create a new form, you can create a new notification as shown on this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/25-Setting-up-Email-Notifications
