We can change the username for you, please provide 3 possible usernames in order of preference, and we will change it to the first one that we find available.
Please note that if you are currently using custom URLs, they will no longer work once the username is changed, so you will have to create them again: https://www.jotform.com/help/261-How-to-Create-a-Custom-URL-of-a-Form

As per your request, we've changed your username from "yoelcaplin" to "chabadkasol". Note that your custom URLs will stop working now that the username has been changed.
