How can I disable the Unique Submission feature?

    Hi,

    I need the ability for my customers to go back and use this same form and submit several times. It seems that once an email is signed up it says only one submission is allowed once you click submit

     

    Is there a way someone can still sign up again if they already signed up on the form once.

     

    This is with the club membership form

    This happens because you enabled the UNIQUE SUBMISSION > CHECK COOKIES ONLY option in your form. To disable this behavior, open your form builder > go to SETTINGS > FORM SETTINGS > click SHOW MORE OPTIONS > scroll down until you see the UNIQUE SUBMISSION section > then change it to NO CHECK.
