Autofill feature won't stop even though it has been disabled

Hello. I've written a couple of times before about issues with jotform and always get back a robotic response that doesn't help at all.

We are having HUGE issues with autofill!! I have gone through every reset, clearing caches, google settings, jotform settings, etc. and the autofill won't stop.

THIS ONLY HAPPENS IN JOTFORM. Our clients are complaining about it and what was meant to be a digital improvement to streamline our process and save paper has turned into a total nuisance.

If someone there can't get this issue resolved asap, we will be cancelling our use of jotform.

Also, I do not want a computer reply. I would appreciate a phone call to speak to a real person who can troubleshoot this with me. Please call 913-522-3200. Thank you

We apologize for the trouble caused by the autofill feature. Unfortunately, we do not have support over the phone.

Is this the form where the autofill does not turn off? https://www.jotform.com/81905061684156

It appears to be disabled, can we do a real submission in order to test it?

Thanks for the reply. We're going to revert back to good ol paper forms for
a while. This has just been too much hassle and now that we aren't doing
the credit card authorizations (because jotform would not support us on a
dispute), there is not a need to pay for a monthly service. I will have my
spa owner handle the cancellation. Thank you ~

We would like to apologize for the inconveniences you are facing. However, I have checked the screenshot from your previous support thread, and I believe that the issue is related to the autofill settings of your browser (or less likely to the settings of some other app installed on your tablet).

Please make sure that the Autofill feature of your browser is turned off.

Example for Google Chrome on Android:

At JotForm we do not have an autofill feature to pull the previous submission data into the form. Usually, it is the browser that saves the data internally.
