Issue with datepicker widget

    Our customers are having trouble with the Date Picker this week on our forms. Has it been updated? Is there a way we can universally update this without having to redo all the date pickers on our forms? Thanks!

    I have checked your form and it seems the DatePicker widget is working correctly.

    Can you please explain further the issue with the widget?

    May we know the web browser your form users are using to fill your form?

    I have cleared your form cache.

    I am not entirely sure — we have a horse registration form and had people complain about the date not working, and today someone let us know the date wasn’t working right on this form.
    This is what they sent us:
    I was entering mine and Mary Ci's trail work hours for the month of March and was having a problem with the multiple work day entry.
    I was able to input 5 work days for me but when I went in to enter another 5 days (I had a total of 13 work days for March), I was only able to enter 2 work days and when it came to the 3rd work day, the "date" didn't appear. I closed the AERC site and tried again with Mary but got the same result. You can enter 2 days of work but when you check the box for another work day, the "date" portion doesn't appear.

    Maybe it has to do with my conditions — ideally only one date would show, and if they check the box that they did another day, those boxes for the next day would pop up.

    My apologies, I'm not sure I understood the work flow correctly.

    I have followed your instructions but I didn't replicate the issue.

    I think the issue is that I used “Hide” and probably should be using “Show” in my conditions. Will work on this.

    Hello Troy,

    After inspecting your form it looks like changing the conditions to "Show" was effective and now works properly.

    I did not change anything — but yes, it’s working. Maybe just a problem on the user’s side!
