Limits on file uploads

Greetings you wonderful people.  I say that because I have not had to interact with you in years, but in the numerous years I have used your service, I have yet to find an organization that has the transparency and integrity that you demonstrate.  To know your size, your origin, your vision, all remind me of who we are and why we do what we do.  Anyway, I thought you would want to know that.  I appreciate the manner in which you have simplified web form creation, remained relevant and current, and communicated.

Now, on to my question... What are the limits for file uploads if we were to create such a form for our site?  We have times when people need to send us large files, and of course, we want to make it tied in with our site and operation.  The files would not need to remain on your servers, it is more a matter of having the means to simply get them in a clean manner.  Can you assist with that?

The second question, I have read in the past about your HIPAA compliance.  How does that work?  If we wanted to create a scenario where our customers wanted to submit requests to us that contained PHI for example, how would something like that be structured?  From the collection of the data to the distribution/delivery of the same to us.

Again, thank you for such a simple to use, quality service.

    Hello Michael,

We appreciate your feedback, it is great to know that service meets your needs for so many years.

Forms allow to use file upload fields. There is a help article describing uploads limits in details, I think it should help a lot: Changing-the-File-Upload-Size-Limit

If you will have more questions upon reviewing the link I shared, please feel free to post them and we will answer as soon as possible.

Just in case you would need to follow up on the questions you asked, I have moved HIPAA query as new thread:
