I am still having issues where I do not get an email when someone fills out a form.

According to our email logs, the emails are indeed sending from our end. You can view the same logs from your account history page:
https://www.jotform.com/help/293-How-to-View-All-Your-Form-Email-History
Check your spam/junkmail folder to see if the emails are being filtered there.

samensclubReplied on April 5, 2019 at 1:43 PMThis morning, I received one email from a form but did not receive the second email from the same form. They both show sent – there is nothing in my spam folder.

I did some more testing and each submission was triggering an email to my Gmail account. If they are inconsistent, you could try a different address as the recipient or send the emails from your own address via SMTP:

As far as I can tell though, the emails are attempting to send.
