Securtiy Warning

    My clients have told me that a security warning (attached) appears when they submit the form. It does, though, send and I receive.

    Also, is there an option for a copy of the completed form to be sent to the client's e mail address as well as to me?   Thank you!

    And to be able to send the copy of the completed form to your users, you have to have the autoresponder created: https://www.jotform.com/help/26-Setting-up-an-Autoresponder-Email

    I don't have it on a site. I send it as a link in an email.

    Share us the form URL so we can have a look on it, this guide will help you getting the form URL: https://www.jotform.com/help/401-Where-to-Find-My-Form-URL 

    The error message you provided actually does not refer to the JotForm domain so we need to check if there is an external URL on the form causing that.

    As I said above, the issue is related to the link you have as thank you page "https://www.sarasotapsychotherapy.com" as it's not secure, make sure it's secure under the HTTPS protocol, unfortunately, this is not something we can help with as you need to check this on your server settings.
