Hello!
Is it possible to restrict access to specific Jotforms, so that only certain people can have access to the collected registrations/results? We want to make it so that an extra 'password' or something of the sort needs to be entered to view the results of a particular form we're intending to set up.
Thanks!

You can share your form's submissions page and password protect it. Please check this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/199-How-to-Share-Form-s-Submissions-Page

That's not quite what we need. We would like to set up a particular form to require an extra password or something of the sort to access, even if we are accessing it while logged into our account. Our Jotform account is shared among several users, and we do not want everyone that has access to also be able to view this form.
I had previously seen a guide on how to encrypt a form and its registrations, making it so accessing the form required users to not only sign in, but to ALSO provide the encryption key to view the form. I haven't been able to find that option in the form settings, though.

Unfortunately, we don't have a specific feature to create password protected forms. However, you can create a condition to only show the entire form if a specific value is entered in a field.
This field cannot be labelled as "Password" since our anti-phishing system would suspend it. Try to use a word such as "Access code", example: https://www.jotform.com/help/196-Hide-or-Show-Multiple-Fields-at-Once

In regards to encrypting form data, please follow this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/344-Encrypted-Forms-and-How-to-Use-Them

Sorry, I should have been more clear. We're wondering if it's possible to restrict access to the form's submissions/collected results. So, for example, we're hoping to make a survey to collect feedback from a bunch of our families in regards to one of the workshops we held this year, but we only want a single staff member to be able to look at the collected submissions for this form. As mentioned, we have several staff members sharing this Jotform account, but that would normally mean that anyone who logs in can view the collected submissions of any form - THAT is what we're trying to prevent.
As for the encryption guide, as mentioned, there wasn't an option for me to turn it on. The guide shows the encryption option being between the "Unique Question" and "Page Title" options, but we're not given that option, as you can see below.

And no, the encrypted form option isn't further down the list, either.

I see what you mean, you need sub-users, so you can give access to specific forms to specific users. This is possible only at the Enterprise level, please visit this page: https://www.jotform.com/enterprise/
Then encryption feature provided on this guide is not available for your forms, because your account is HIPAA compliant, so data is already encrypted in HIPAA compliant servers. Let us know if you need more help.
