I would like to make modifications on the email notification, but once I make any change to it, I don't receive the notification. Why is that? I would like to know what filed I can modify, and what I cannot.

Our notification template is highlighy customizable so I would say you can modify it completely to get the desired layout. Have you tried creating two versions of your form notifications, the edited and the untouched version and made a test? I'd suggest to make some trial and error and let us know the result so we can check it here as well. To create another form notification, follow this guide: Receiving Emails on Form Submissions
We'd also like to know the exact form name in which you are modifying your notification template so we can check it here and check the recipient email address to the bounce list. Thanks!

I think its that jotform is broken somewhere. we make NO modifications and ours stopped sending as of yesterday as well. the thank you page doesnt display after submission either.
