Is is possible to password protect a form?

Can we use a JotForm to create a username and password field to gain access to a particular webpage?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to create any login forms or collecting any password such fields or any sensitive information using JotForm. Having such fields on the form are considered as phishing forms and the associated accounts are automatically suspended. Please go through our terms of usage for more information.

If you want to display the form to some users, you may consider setting up conditions on the form to hide them and show by entering a code as shown in the guide below:
