emails going to wrong person

    I got an email from you folks saying I was using the old verision.  Not sure what that is about.  

    Also, emails are being forwarded to Honey@treasurevalleyhospice.com instead of David@treasurevalleyhospice.com

    Hi Honey,

    The email about using the old version was most likely because you switched to the old version of the PDF editor and switched back. If you can provide me the text or a screenshot of the email, I can look into this question further. 

    The notification emails are being forwarded to Honey@treasurevalleyhospice.com because that is the notification email set up for the Clone Of Notification 1 on your Volunteer Visit Documentation Form:https://form.jotform.com/TVHVolCoord/documentation-form

    To change this:

    1. Go to Settings>Email

    2. Click on the orange pen button to edit

    3. Go to Recipients tab

    4. Delete your email and add David@treasurevalleyhospice.com

    5. All submissions notifications will now be sent to David.


    I can see that all notification emails for the TVH Volunteer Application Form are being sent to David already.
