Good day,
We recently re-named/branded ourselves to no longer have a user's name in our URL, but it broke a recent form linked in an email campaign.
This was built using a bit.ly redirect that points to: https://form.jotform.com/pjclearwater/destination-moon-industry-previewIs there any way to provide an redirect to the correct location here?:
https://form.jotform.com/museumofflight/destination-moon-industry-previewAppreciate any help you can provide!

Hello @Layne,
One option would be to set up a redirect from the old form.
The guide below will walk you through steps.
Please view simple guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/532-How-to-have-users-redirect-from-old-form-URL-to-new-URL-when-URL-of-the-form-is-changed-
Hope this helps you out.
Please let me know if you have any other questions or would like any more help!
Thank you very much and have a great day!

Thank you for the suggestion, unfortunately, we do not have access to any forms at the old URL. Our username changed, which has moved the form locations entirely.
We are able to create correct links going forward.
(The original request came from another person in my institution, but I'll be the liaison from now on).

Hello Megan,
Just to let you know, you have not lost any of the Data submissions you received before the name change.
All the submission data can still be found under submissions for that form.
Another option would be to send out a bulk email to the responders to let them know of the URL change.
Please let me know if you have any other questions or would like any more help!
Thank you very much and have a great day!
