I have lost my form revision history

i was testing with adding a question, then changed my mind. Used revision history to restore old version, and it reset all the formatting, conditions, css code and removed some questions on my form. I can still preview previous version, but not revert back to them.
I HAVE to get them back, can you please help?

The Form Revision History saves all changes made from the first moment. You could see all the changes in Form Revision History. You must inspect the history.
And I can also suggest that you clone and change your form. You can work without modification in your main form.
