Forum Support: can't view past support questions

    When I go into forums to find the my questions button to see all of the support questions associated with my account, no button appears. When I go to my email, find a previous question, and attempt to click on the thread, it gives me an error message. Do you have any idea why this is happening?

    That thread if private. You need to log in to your account username "pjclearwater" before accessing that thread.

    So that account was changed today from pjclearwater to museumofflight (different username but same administrator email, etc). Does the pjclearwater account still exist?

    No, the username "pjclearwater" does not exist anymore, but the threads don't update, so they still have the old username registered, which is why it requires a login. If you want to, we can make it public, so you can access it.
