Transfer a form into another account

    I created a form into my personal account and want the form and submissions to move to my business account.  Can this be done?

    Yes we can transfer form/s between accounts.

    Please tell us which of your forms you wanted transferred and the other account you wanted them transferred to.

    I want move form https://www.jotform.com/reneegmol29/lowes---peopleready-expense-form from reneegmol29 account to reneegm@rbslaw.com.

    Do the submissions get moved also?  Need to make sure everyone gets the correct link when it is moved.  Can it reside in BOTH places till I get everyone switched over?

    Yes. Submission data will included in the transfer also.

    On the transfer, the form URL link will not change. It is a unique id number so it will always be the same.

    Can it reside in BOTH places till I get everyone switched over?

    In this case you can just clone/copy the form instead. Both will have copy, but the submission data will not be included in the copy.

    I have not transferred the form yet in case you prefer the submission data not to be included.

    Please confirm if you indeed want to proceed with the form transfer.

    Yes please transfer the form with submission data.  I thought the url would change since it has the account name of reneegmol29 in it vs. the other.  Thanks

    It looks like the link did change which I thought it would since now it has the different account name in the link.

    Sorry for that. Yes the custom URL link used by the form will be broken once the username was changed. Because the username is part of URL for custom URL named forms.

    How to Create a Custom URL of a Form

    Do you need to revert the form transfer?

    The previous custom URL name of the form will work again if the form will be transferred back to the previous account/username.
