How can my clients unsubscribe?

I set up three payment options and let customers know that they may unsubscribe after their first payment. How will they do that?  Can I make an "Unsubscribe" button or do they need to go into their PayPal account, which they are required to create for subscriptions, and do it there? Thanks.

They will need to go to their PayPal account under pre-approved payment section and disable the recurring payments.

You can send them this guide https://www.jotform.com/help/336-How-Can-I-Cancel-My-PayPal-Subscription

I hope that helps. Let us know if you have any questions or if you need further assistance.

According to the guide you shared, are my clients going to see that when they buy something from me, it will say that they were charged by JotForm?  Or is the guide for your clients who are paying JotForm via Paypal to unsubscribe?

In addition to my question above, I also notice that there is a dead link on the page.

Yes, that guide applies to the JotForm subscriptions through PayPal only, it may apply to the payments made through a form using the PayPal integration, but it may confuse the users.

Instead, you may share them this guide: https://www.paypal.com/cs/smarthelp/article/how-do-i-cancel-a-subscription-faq577

They should find the merchant name you have set up on your PayPal account, it will not appear as JotForm.
