Embed code on the form is not displaying the form.

I just changed it to a link on the registration page, but people are still having issues. 

I recieved only one submission and 2 more saying they tried. Very frustrating. 

These issues didn’t start until after I upgraded :-/ 

Try to embed the form using iframe code and see if that appears on your site.
