I cloned the form to test it and removed the integration with Dropbox then it worked and I got the “Thank You” page and email notifications. Once I placed the Dropbox integrations back in, once again I do not get the “Thank You” page or email notifications.

Ah ha! I'm having the same issue. Sounds like their dropbox integration broke. I'll take that part out of my form and see if it starts doing the thank you page and sending email again...

We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. This problem has been escalated to level 2 support and our developer will look into this problem. At the moment, I would suggest doing the step below and see if it fixed your problem.
1.Re integrate the dropbox integration
2. Clone the form and use the clone form instead.
3. Clear your browser cache and cookies

Thank you for the information and we do deeply apologize about the inconvenience. I've done some further testing in addition to my colleagues response and it is noticable that during testing on clone of your form I was able to replicate the same problem -
Without Dropbox Integrated it works fine (Only Redirect to Url with Dropbox worked) -
With Dropbox Integrated the Thank You Page Fails for both the Default and Custom Thank You Messages but when it is removed then it works again -
I am forwarding this issue in detail to our Development Team for them to take a look at and correct as quickly as possible. We will notify you as soon as the problem as been resolved.
