How to add customer name in submission email of form?

Hi

Can i gee the customer name to appear in the subject line of the email.  It would help be keep track of each order if the customer name (which is one for the forms fields) was displayed in my inbox list?

Yes it is possible to achieve your requirement. You need to edit your form's notification email alert template and add the field name in subject line of the form. Please check the screenshot below on how to edit email alert:
