How to add check boxes values?

Hi, I cannot add the 2 check boxes under Registration so it shows a total, I did this before and do not know why is not working?

Also there is too much space after each title, can we take off some space?

You need first to assign calculation values to each option in the Checkbox field to be able to use them in calculation widget.

I turned on the Calculation values and it still does not work? Please help.

Have you resolved the issue? On testing the Form, form option seems to add correctly in the Form Calculation widget.
