We do not save the private key files in our servers, so we cannot generate the submission PDFs with the decrypted data. This is done to provide you with the best security possible.

You can 'Print' an encrypted entry to save it as a PDF file manually.

For example, in Google Chrome select a 'Save as PDF' option.

    We have two PDF types:

    1) Fillable PDF forms (blank forms).

    2) Filled submission PDF files.

When the form encryption is enabled, there is no way to get regular PDFs.

In fillable PDF forms, the encryption is not supported. In submission PDFs, the decryption is not supported. There is no way to download a submission PDF file with decrypted data.
