DROPBOX INTEGRATION: Thank You page will show blank

    A temporary workaround would be to remove the dropbox integration to prevent the Thank You page going blank

    Again, we are truly sorry about it, the ticket it's been marked as urgent

    We had a HUGE roll out today of product.  We have spent the ENTIRE day fielding calls from our reps with panick… that they could not submit because there is no confirmation page. This has cost me a day of work today… YESTERDAY was almost as bad! It’s been getting worse since last week with another form. Now it’s all of my forms!

     

    My boss is FURIOUS with me as I pushed to use YOUR services and on a crucial day – nothing with the forms is working

     

    Our processor and myself are also not getting all email notifications of submissions

     

    This is a disaster and if it costs me my job – I will be livid and very vocal about it

    I removed Drop box integration... but I am not so sure that is the issue with me

    It's a general glitch we are currently having. However,  removing DB should solve temporary the issue. Please remove DB and leave either gdrive or the spreadsheet integration if leaving both does still make problems

    Our Chief Technology Officer has informed me that the issue has been finally resolved. We deeply apologize for all the inconveniences and the discomfort this might have caused to you. New capabilities were added to our Dropbox integration , so it should be stable now
