Can I create a form that accepts payment method (credit card and check) for authorize.net

Hello, I would like to have a form that we could use in our sign-up process where we collect basic demographic info (name, ph, address etc) and a payment method (credit card or check) for our customers.  We will not charge the payment method at the time of sign-up but we will use it (via API calls to authorize.net) to pay for charges that will occur later.

Can I create a form with jotform that will do that?

Is that form embeddable?
