1. I want to split this form up to 3-4 pages. How can I copy and paste the items in the form between pages, so I can have around 20 products pr. page – this order form is too long for the client to scroll up and down? I do not want to type it all in again 😊

I am not sure if I have understood your question correctly. Unfortunately it is not possible to copy paste field in form but you can duplicate a form field and then drag it to desired page of form. Please check the screenshot below:

Do you mean to say that you want to change the placement of the product within the payment tool?
Yes it is possible to achieve your requirement by editing payment tool. Please check the screenshot below:

No,
I want to have first 20 products on page one, next 20 products on page two....next 20 products on page three and and so on...
BUT I do not want to type all of the products in again.

Unfortunately it is not possible to split the products of payment tool and display in different pages of form.
The only option available is to use regular form fields to list your products. You can then add "Form Calculation" widget to calculate the amount and pass it on to payment tool of your form. You may like to take a look at the following guides should help you:
