Submission emails are missing a field

    Hi,


    My latest emails following form submission are missing the field Customer NAme.  I have been trying to arrange that the emails subject will include the customer name as well.  At the moment I have no customer name in the email body or in the subject line of the email.  Can you please help?

    I can see you were provided with a screen-cast to add the customer name to your email subject on a previous thread you opened, here are the steps:

    Have you tried this? If not, please kindly do it and see how it goes.
