Change payment integration to PayPal

Hello,

Can you please guide me in adding a payment method to my form? I just spent hours completing one and this is one of my last steps.

I checked your form https://www.jotform.com/90962142803556 and I see it already have  existing submission data.

If the existing submission data are important, you need to download them first to have a copy.

Because, to change the payment field in your form to PayPal, you will need to delete first the existing payment field (Purchase Order field).

After you have removed Purchase Order, you can add PayPal instead in Form Elements / PAYMENTS tab.

Thank you. Will deleting the current purchase order also delete all of the information that I have entered in it? That is what took me the longest time. Also, will I be able to create a similar order form if I were to switch to Paypal instead?

If you delete the Purchase Order field in the form, the existing submission data will be deleted also. I am referring to the submission data only. 

But once you add back a payment field to the form -- i.e. this time PayPal, all the Products/Items from the previous Purchase Order field will be retained to the PayPal field.

So you can test this on your form. Add the PayPal field after you removed Purchase Order field. All the Products/itesm should be retained in the PayPal --- so you do not need to reconfigure everything from scratch again for the payment field.

You can see that you have not attach any image on your response. You were probably just viewing the message within your email inbox and responding there.

You should open the thread instead using your browser.

To be clear, it was already mentioned that deleting the payment field will delete the data also.

There is no other workaround to this except to download all your data first before deleting the payment field. After you have deleted the payment field, you can use a new payment integration (PayPal)
