Our customers is having issues with Jot Form loading.

    Issue: Jot form is using document.write to populate the UI in the rendered websites. This is affecting the customer's websites if we are doing some HTML manipulation from our end.

    Fix: Use document.append to add the HTML

    I am sorry for the trouble caused to you. I did check your webpage URL you have shared but could not locate any embedded form.

    When you say that you are doing some HTML manipulation, do you mean to say that you are making changes in form or your webpage? 

    I would suggest you to please embed your form using its iframe embed code and see if that solves your problem. The following guide should help you how to grab your form's iFrame embed code:  https://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code
