    As per your support person Mike I added this.

    In this case you may also add the next CSS to affect the limited-entry fields.

    .form-textarea-limit-indicator {
    font-size: 11px;
    color: white;
    }

    We're sorry for the inconvenience.

    I checked your form, but yes, none of the conditional logic is showing.

    Could it be that you weren't properly logged in (but you were in the conditional logic page in form builder)?

    Additionally, you could check the revision history if the conditional logic is in any version:

    We'll wait for your response.

    Thank you!

    Of course I ws properly logged in. Otherwise I wouldn't be able to see the conditional logic of my form (I hope).

    So sure I could go back to a previous version and then redo all of the changes I have made since. That seem like a very weak solution to what seems to me to be a serious issue, that being conditional logic just disappears.

    I would like an answer on how this could happen before continuing to use Jotform so I don't waste my time.

    Our apologies for the troubles and inconvenience this problem has caused. The revision history is showing the conditions are removed, but since you disputed that, I can only presume that the changes are made in the background without you touching the settings.

    I have raised this thread to our backend team to see if they can find the cause and see if merging changes are possible. We will let you know here as soon as we have an update on this.

    Just to be clear I did not intentionally delete the 36 conditions I had built. The only way I know to delete them is by going to Setting -> conditions and then selecting each one by one and deleting them.

    If I did somehow delete them all unintentionally I would like to know what I did, so I don't do it ever again. Is there even a way to delete all the conditions at once?

    If it wasn't me then I am concerned as to how this could have happened. Does your revision history show the time and/or which source actually performed the deletions? Perhaps this is a security problem?

    Thank you for your help in solving this problem.

    Yes, I do understand that. I think this is a bug which needs to be checked. There have been similar reports in the past about this problem. There were patches done but seems like it is happening again - this time, on your form. The ticket is already raised. We will keep you posted here.

    No option to delete conditions at once, so that's another flag considering the revision is showing them in one timeframe.

    I'm sure it is not a security problem but a mere bug only. We will know from our backend team.

    I was able to use an archived form that still had the conditional logic and then updated all of the changes I have made since.

    PLEASE DO NOT MERGE ANY CHANGES!

    I have renamed the form that the conditional logic was deleted from, and named it "Broken Task Description Form" if you need to track your bug.

    Okay, so you re-established the conditions in the form. I will update the ticket to let our devs know that no merge is needed.
