I changed to different a PayPal Express and I get another error when I click the Submitt button didn't go to the Paypal Express.

On the PayPal Express Integration, under the Additional Gateway Settings, please disable the Digital goods option.
That should fix the error message you are getting. Otherwise, please feel free to let us know.
