Our clients are getting errors when they try to fill in forms and upload files. No auto-responder emails. No notifications.

I have tested the form and was able to submit without a problem.

As per the notifications, here is a guide that can help you make sure that you always receive the notification:
I have also checked to see if the e-mail addresses on the notifications had any issues logged onour end. I was not able to find any events of that.
