To whom it may concern,
Last week we went to cancel our subscription as we weren't using the full features of the paid version. Before cancelling we were offered a discount on the membership, which we accidentally accepted - paying for a year in advance which is something we really didn't need/want...
We then cancelled the subscription straight away, however we received an email with a payment receipt.Upon checking today, it appears we're back on the free version (which is great as this is what I wanted to do initially) but we want to make sure we get a refund on the payment made last week as we just won't be using the paid services this year.
Can you please confirm we will receive a refund - and also when we should expect this to land in our account?Thanks in advance,
