Can you please confirm my refund?

    To whom it may concern,

    Last week we went to cancel our subscription as we weren't using the full features of the paid version. Before cancelling we were offered a discount on the membership, which we accidentally accepted - paying for a year in advance which is something we really didn't need/want... 

    We then cancelled the subscription straight away, however we received an email with a payment receipt. 

    Upon checking today, it appears we're back on the free version (which is great as this is what I wanted to do initially) but we want to make sure we get a refund on the payment made last week as we just won't be using the paid services this year. 

    Can you please confirm we will receive a refund - and also when we should expect this to land in our account?
