    Our organization already has a paypal button created for our event. How can we integrate the specific button onto our form?

    If you want to have a PayPal payment field inside of your form, you need to use one of our PayPal integrations.

    You can integrate a form with any PayPal account.

    There are 2 options to the payment that I need to include ($20 or $60),
    however I am only allowed to have one payment field per form. How do I
    edit the payment form to allow for two options?

    Actually, I figured that part out. How do I test if PayPal works
    properly? When I attempt a preview form, the PayPal screen briefly opens
    then disappears.

    I have cloned your form and upon testing it was taken to the PayPal Checkout page. In order to test if your PayPal Integration is complete and you are able to receive payments, please follow this simple guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/390-How-to-Test-your-PayPal-Payment-Form
