    I have two questions.  

    When I opened a sub-user account DenCOhosts under email there are no forms listed.  Until recently I could see the full list of forms used by the DenCO account.  Has something changed? 

    I am seeing all the forms in the DenCO account.  That was a little scary, to think all our forms could have disappeared, which brings me to the second question. 

    If we should lose or mistakenly delete all or any of the forms, does JotForm have a backup available of our data?  If so, how often is the data backed up and how would we go about retrieving it?

    If you go to the main account and sub-users section:

    You can see that no forms are shared to your sub-user:


    So that's why the forms are not showing.

    Regarding backup, no, I'm afraid that if you delete the form or submissions, the data is gone, we don't do a backup.
