Creating a form that collects signatures of different users

    Hi 

    We would like to create a form that once completed is signed by the manager.  This form then needs to be emailed to the Director for approval and signature.  who then needs to email it to Exec Director for approval and signature.

    Is there a way that we can build a form that allows progressive addition of signatures and workflow?

    We have options to set up approval workflow.

    Firstly, you can try using a  Approval Workflow application: https://apps.jotform.com/app/approval_workflow_by_processmaker 

    Also, you can set up all the flow right on a form by applying conditional logic, here is general guide:
