Change username

Kindly assist to change the username to "mbsbbank"

As per your request, I have changed your username to mbsbbank.

If you change your username, all the custom URL forms will stop working, as the URL contains your username. To make the forms work, you need to recreate the custom URL again.

OMG.. I did not know that there will be an impact on existing links.. if that's the case, could you assist to change it back to origin name "sazry_83"

Not the form link, just the custom URL. Original form link will still be the same, but if you added the custom URL https://www.jotform.com/help/261-How-to-Create-a-Custom-URL-of-a-Form, that needs to be updated because URL will be using the new username.

Would you still like us to revert back your username to "sazry_83"? Looking forward for your response.
