Form not showing all of the answers in the email alert...

    I have a problem. When i submitted a completed form and sent it to my email address only a few answers appeared in my email while the other questions was just blank. When I logged on to Jot Form i looked at my submissions and the form that I completed had "all" of the answers I submitted. The answers just dont all carry over into the email. Why is that?

    Try to reset the email notification so that all fields are included in
    the email's body, here's how do it:

    1. Open your form on the Form Builder
    2. Click on "Setup and Share" tab,
    3. Click on "Email Alerts",
    4. Select "Notification",
    5. Click on "Delete Email" button,
    6. Click on "Email Alerts" again,
    7. Click on "Add New Email" and complete the wizard
