Hi,
Attachment is not visible when I receive an email via the contact form but is visible when I log in through your website and view the message.
Please advise.

I am sorry for the trouble caused to you. Are you still having this issue?
I did check your account setting and you seems to have already disabled "Require log-in to view uploaded files." privacy. You should be able to view the uploaded image successfully.
I also checked our email logs and the last email which was sent displays the image correctly. Please check the screenshot below:
I would suggest you to please test your form again and get back to us if the issue persists.
