How can I change the title of the job seen in the tab bar

Hi,

When I create a Jotform, the information that is seen in the tab is incorrect and I would like to change it however I cannot find the function to do this. Can you please advise how I can do that.

I have a form titled "head of fundraising and communications" I would expect the tab would say the same however it comes up with "regional lead".
