Billed for renewal and would like to downgrade

    Hi!  I was just billed for a renewal $99 and I need to downgrade.  Can you credit me back that amount?

    I have checked your account subscription and you're subscribed to Gold Monthly. Your subscription has been auto renewed.

    To clarify, do you want to downgrade to Free or to downgrade to a lower subscription plan?

    You may downgrade your subscription to a lower plan and our system will automatically give you a pro-rated discount on your subscription.

    Hi. I no longer need the paid subscription. Can you help me downgrade my
    subscription to the free plan? Can I be refunded the $99 billed yesterday?

    I have canceled your subscription back to Free plan and processed the refund. Please give us 5-7 days for your refund to reflect into your account.
