Page cant be displayed

    I am first trying the free version to see how well it works in constant contact.  I have created a sample form and imbedded link in a constant contact invitation.  When I click on imbeded link I get a "page can' be displayed" message.

     

    Any helpw ould be appreciated.

    Hi Wyrick,

     

    It could be that the form has to sync within Jotform's servers. That would prevent it from showing up on their servers until they sync again. Or you could try to clone the form (http://www.jotform.com/help/27-Form-Cloning) and try embedding the code once again. You should also make sure that you set it up for Constant Contact via the Integrations area under setup and embed. From there you should be able to save it and test the form again.

    Can you please try to remove the constant contact integration and see if that resolves the problem?

    I appreciate your prompt response. I spent quite a bit of time trying to make it work with no success. I subscribed to adobe formscentral and it worked right away.

    I tell you this only because it may be helpful to your organization going forward.
